Pretty dissapointed with my service. I saw all these positive reviews and thought it was promising. Instead, I get stuck with no car for 9 days and when they finally fixed the issue they returned my car to me with a horrible leak in the AC. My tech was cussing up a storm yelling about how broken my car was in the back of house. They ignored my texts when I reached out to acknowledge these issues. Overall, I’m very unsatisfied with my visit.

Nate is a trustworthy mechanic. Sophie is always responsive and helpful. Been going to them for years. I know my vehicles are in good hands with Nate’s.

Really great experience here. I had an emergency and had to get my car towed here without any advanced warning to Nate's. They were friendly and accomodate me as soon as they could. On top of that, Nate was so knowledgeable about my Toyota Camry Hyrbid. Since I purchased it, I haven't had a mechanic be able to break down the problems and solutions and explain everything to me like he was able to. Even though there was some delay before my car could get fixed, they stayed in communication with me and worked to get it taken care of as soon as possible. I would highly recommend this shop!
